2-day Leadership Fundamentals Programme

Objectives

Self awareness is key to your success as a leader.  This forms the foundation of your leadership.  Using assessments and carefully designed in-class experiential activities, you will be able to see vividly your strengths and weaknesses at play in various simulated situations.  Fellow participants will also provide feedback on the impact of your behaviour/actions on others (as we all know, it is others' perception of your intention that counts!)

All this learning will be carried out in a highly supportive environment which our experienced facilitators will establish at the very beginning of the programme.

This programme is designed to support continuous development.  A coach will join you on Day Two of the programme to guide you as you set your development goals and draft your action plans to achieve these goals.  You will have the option to continue this coaching relationship with the coach "post-programme".
