OBJECTIVES
Typically, managers play the role of a coach to their direct-reports on day-to-day issues as well as longer-term matters including personal development and career management. This programme seeks to enhance your effectiveness in this role.
- You will be introduced to a systematic coaching framework
- You will have the opportunity to apply the framework as you role-play as coaches in various simulated work situations
- You will also obtain feedback from fellow participants thus enhancing your awareness of the impact of your coaching style on others

PROGRAMME OUTLINE & METHODOLOGY
A two-day programme with participants working in small groups for role-play sessions and peer feedback. The process will be facilitated by our professinal coaches. One coach will be assigned to every 4-6 participants.
