Coaching for Development     Manager-Coach Programme      

Spark Asia provides the following coaching services:

 

  • Coaching for Development - one-to-one personalized coaching for any individual who wants to improve his/her effectiveness at work.  Our professional coaches typically work with an individual "coachee" over a period of 6-12 months.  A minimum of 6 coaching hours are recommended.

 

  • The Manager-Coach Programme - this is a 2-day programme for managers who play the active role of coaching their direct-reports at work - on both work issues or personal development matters.  Our professional coaches work with participants in small groups in a supportive learning environment using role-play and an effective peer feedback process.  Videotaping may be used to enhance the learning.

  • Spark Asia's coaches are from various business backgrounds and boost long years of corporate as well as training experiences.  

 

  • Many of our coaches are also multilingual and have both global or regional experiences.  They are accustomed to working in cross-cultural setting and understand well the leadership challenges of our diverse region
