OBJECTIVES

 

Spark Asia offers coaching services that aim to help you find your own path, your own development goals and your own solutions to work or development issues.

 

  • The coaching relationship will typically start with a thorough analysis or snapshot of your strengths and development areas
  •  
    We use assessments and psychometric instruments to help you develop a higher level of self-awareness and gain better understanding of what you do well, what you don’t, what motivates you, how you communicate and lead
  • Our professional coaches do not prescribe solutions; instead, they share experience, ask relevant questions, guide and support


TARGET AUDIENCE

Anyone who would like to improve his/her effectiveness at work

COACHING FORMAT

Personalized one-to-one coaching plan (6-12 hours over a period of 6-9 months)

OUTCOMES

 
  • A clear understanding of your own strengths and development areas
  • Understand the impact of your actions/styles on others
  • Able to identify development areas that are critical to your career to work on
  • Be supported by the coach in an ongoing process to implement your plan for development


METHODOLOGY

 

  • Pre-coaching assessments
  • First coaching session to be done face-to-face
  • Subsequent sessions face-to-face or by phone
