Trained as a Chartered Banker, Kent worked in the finance field for 10 years in the UK prior to undertaking an MBA and subsequently moving to live and work in China and the Asia Pacific region in 1993. In the spirit of continuous development, his studies then extended to a MSc in Training and HRM.
Kent assisted to build the portfolio of Executive Education training programs in Asia Pacific for the University of Michigan Business School where he undertook the design of both open enrollment and customized training solutions and subsequently took an active role in the training delivery and coaching of executives from across the region.
Kent has worked with many Fortune 500 companies across Asia and also local corporate and governmental organizations to design and deliver training and development solutions specifically designed to address organization specific challenges.
Nymsmour Veerayooth

Veerayooth holds a Bachelor Degree in Political Science from the Thammasat University and a Public Admistration Master degree from the Chulalongkorn University in Thailand. He has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resource Management, having taken positions in corporate training as well as personnel managment at both corporate and plant levels.
Veerayooth is an extensively talented trainer on various areas of Human Resources Development, including leadership, productivity & continuous improvement, team motivation and presentation skills.
He is a certified trainer for Andromeda Training Inc's Income-Outcome simulations, delivering the programme in English and Thai. Some of his other certifications include Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Margerison & McCann's Team Management Systems(TMS).
Since 1999, he has been working as a visiting lecturer at the Human Resources Management Department of Ramkhamheang University's Faculty of Busines Administration. From time to time, he is invited to lecture at leading universities in Thailand
