THE EFFECTIVE FACILITATOR

~ A TRAIN-THE-TRAINER PROGRAMME ~

 

A 2.5 day programme* helping trainers-to-be to learn the principles of  development as well as training/instructional design.  At the end of the programme, participants will be equipped with a comprehensive range of essential skills required of an effective trainer/facilitator.  Hands-on exercises and rehearsals are a critical part of this programme. 

 

This programme is also suitable for trainers who have been in position for some time but would like to learn in a structured manner the principles and concepts behind people development and adult learning.

* currently run as in-house programme for client companies and can be tailored to fit also a 1.5 days, 2 days or 3 days' schedule.
